Regulatory status

The Macro Transition Fund is a scheme of Infinite Circles Investment Trust, an alternative investment fund managed by Infinite Circles Asset Managers LLP and registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India as a Category III Alternative Investment Fund under the SEBI (Alternative Investment Funds) Regulations, 2012, bearing registration number IN/AIF3/25-26/2002. Under those Regulations, units of the fund may be offered only by private placement to eligible investors.
