Accessibility statement

Infinite Circles Asset Managers LLP designs and builds this website to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA, the standard referenced by IS 17802 under the Rights of Persons with Disabilities Act, 2016.

• Page language declared, and headings and landmarks in a logical order.
• A link to skip the navigation and go straight to the content of each page.
• Every function operable by keyboard, with a visible focus indicator.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images; decorative images are marked as such.
• Labelled form fields, with required fields identified.
• Motion reduced where the operating system asks for it.
• Charts described in text for screen readers, with their figures.

The accessibility button at the foot of every page opens a panel of display options. Profiles set several options at once for motor, visual, colour, dyslexia, cognitive, seizure and attention needs. The individual options are:

• Bigger text, in three steps
• High contrast and a dark display
• Lower or higher colour saturation, or monochrome
• Highlighted links
• A dyslexia friendly typeface with wider spacing
• Greater line height, in three steps
• Left, centred, right or justified text
• A larger cursor, a reading guide and a reading mask
• Paused animations and transitions
• Hidden images
• A stronger focus indicator for keyboard navigation
• Reading text aloud, where the browser supports speech

The choices are stored in the visitor’s own browser (local storage) so that they apply on every page and on return visits, and they can be cleared at any time with Reset all. They are not sent to Infinite Circles or to any third party. The panel uses no external service; speech uses the voice built into the browser.

• The website has not yet been audited by an independent accessibility assessor.
• The entry declaration shown on a first visit must be accepted before the display options can be used. It supports the browser’s own zoom and text size settings.
• Writing and podcasts listed under Insights are hosted on third-party platforms (Substack and YouTube), whose accessibility is outside the firm’s control.
